SHIPPING + RETURNS
SHIPPING INFORMATION
We offer free shipping on all US orders $100 and over via USPS. Orders below $100 will be charged a fee for shipping and handling.
Please allow 1-2 business days for all orders to ship from the time payment is received, unless noted otherwise.

Standard shipping is available vis USPS First-Class Mail for a flat rate of $7. Delivery is typically 5-8 days.

Priority shipping is available via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $16. Delivery is typically 3-4 days.

Express Shipping is available via USPS Express at a rate of $25. Delivery is typically 1-2 days.
All domestic orders come with tracking number; International shipping is not available at this moment.
We process and ship orders from our Los Angeles warehouse Monday through Friday. When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you did not receive this email.
Once your order is placed, we are unable to upgrade your shipping selection or change your shipping address.
CHOCOLATEAU cannot be held responsible for any items lost or stolen during transit, thank you for understanding.
PACKAGING
All orders are shipped ready in a jewelry pouch. Items are packaged individually. If you would like to reduce the amount of packing in orders with multiple items, please let us know in the notes section of your order.
RETURNS + EXCHANGE
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If there are any problems with your order, please notify us upon receiving. Items purchased on www.chocolateau.com may be exchanged or returned for store credit towards a future purchase.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Item must be returned unworn, in original packaging, and postmarked within 10 days of the delivery of your order. Please contact us through hello@chocolateau.com with your order number to begin the return or exchange process.
All sales are final for all sale or custom items. If any of your products arrive damaged or defective, please email us within one week of delivery to request a replacement. Please include a picture and brief description of the damage/defect.
CHOCOLATEAU cannot be held responsible for items shipped to us, therefore, it is suggested all returns are shipped using a trackable mail service. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCEPTIONS/ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
