DO YOU HAVE THE PRODUCT IN STOCK?

Most pieces are ready for shipping within 7 days of ordering, but some orders require additional time (2~3 weeks) in production.

 

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER? 

Any cancellations of standard orders must be done within 24 hours from time of order.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHOD DOES CHOCOLATEAU ACCEPT?

Payment is accepted through PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.

 

IN WHAT PACKAGING WILL MY GOODS BE DELIVERED?

All orders are shipped ready in a jewelry pouch. Items are packaged individually. If you would like to reduce the amount of packing in orders with multiple items, please let us know in the notes section of your order.

 

REPAIR/ RE-PLATING

CHOCOLATEAU will repair any jewelry purchased through www.chocolateau.com free of charge within 6 months of purchase. Products purchased over 6 months are subject to repair fee based on the materials and nature of repair. All repairs are subject to additional shipping charges. Please e-mail us at hello@chocolateau.com for more info.

If you find that your plating is wearing off quicker than you would like, we will be happy to re-plate your worn CHOCOLATEAU jewelry. Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for the re-plating service. This service is only available within the US. All re-plating service are subject to additional charge and shipping charges. Contact us at hello@chocolateau.com for any questions.

 

PRODUCT CARE

CHOCOLATEAU jewelry is carefully handmade, and each piece will vary slightly and be totally unique to you. As with all handmade jewelry, our items are delicate, so please treat with care.

Sterling Silver will naturally oxidize over time due to exposure to body oils, moisture, and humidity. To discourage this, please avoid contact with water, lotions, and heavy perfumes and remove jewelry before going to sleep. Store jewelry in an airtight bag or box to minimize tarnishing and damage when not in use. Restore your jewelry to the original shine with the appropriate polishing cloth. 

Gold-Fill or Gold-Plated jewelry should be treated and cleaned with care to keep your piece looking its best. Gently clean with a soft cotton cloth.
